- 1/2 Cups Multigrain Rice
- 18 oz Water (less water makes the cooked rice fluffy and more water makes the cooked rice sticky, the additional water produces a softer texture and slightly watery consistency).
- Salt/Pepper/Spices as per your taste (optional)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Combine the grains, water, oil and salt (if used) in the pot. Close the lid and press the "multigrain" button, choose "less" mode which takes sets the timer to 20 minutes. When the rice is done cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally. Remember to keep your hands away from the hot steam! Once the steam has subsided, fluff the multigrain rice with a fork. If the rice is too watery for your liking, let it sit so that the moisture can continue to release before you serve it.
