Oatmeal with Raisins


  • 1 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1/3 Cup Raisins
  • 2 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • Butter
  • Toppings


Place oats into the pressure cooker and add butter, sugar, and raisins. Pour in the milk and stir well. Close the lid, set program to "porridge" for 5 minutes at low pressure level. After the program has finished, let the pressure release naturally. After the pressure has fully released, open the pot, put the oatmeal into a bowl and add some butter. You may serve porridge with any nuts, fruits and berries, maple syrup, honey, chocolate or jam.
