Roasted Chicken


  • 3 1/4 lb Chicken

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt 
  • Pepper


Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and then rub it with the oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Then, put the chicken into the pressure cooker port, cook on "poultry" program, using the mode, "more". When the chicken is done, carefully remove it from the pressure cooker pot and plate it to serve.
